In over a decade of training hundreds of women, and over 70 pregnant and postpartum athletes, I’ve found that what women bring into a session with them is as important as what they leave with. Things like pregnancy, PPD, PPA, loss, fertility challenges, menopause, & pelvic health challenges all show up and deserve the full spectrum of care.

Becoming a mom changed me at my core (twice). It made me a better human and a better coach. It also lit a fire in me, and made me deeply committed to changing the narrative and support system available to women about their potential for building and retaining strength and athleticism as they age, as their hormones shift and as their responsibilities and interests evolve. We can no longer settle for a one size fits all approach to training in different seasons of our lives. We can’t resign ourselves to “just dealing with” symptoms that can be managed and improved.

I believe that you deserve a coach that speaks TMI fluently.  A coach that understands that postpartum is forever.  You deserve a coach that provides adaptations in these seasons, not more limitations or apathy.  Someone that recognizes you for the athlete you are and can help you recognize that in yourself. I believe that mamas deserve to be held. Birthing and raising our collective future is the most important job in the world. You deserve to feel whole and strong and capable for all that you carry. But pregnancy and postpartum are just the first step down the road of a forever transformation, in my opinion. This population is so quickly discarded once baby comes… after childbearing years have passed… forever navigating (yet another) new body and new version of themselves.

Instead of yearning for the body that once was, I urge you to step into and embrace the next step of what your body is becoming. I am on a mission to help women feel their strongest  and most supported in every season. My passion is helping women reconnect to a body that may feel foreign, and help them shift their mindset to embrace what could be their strongest season yet.

Join us for 45 minutes of full body strength, conditioning, accountability and sisterhood in our idyllic private studio.

Appropriate for ages 18+.

Pregnancy/postpartum consult packs

Tailored recommendations and guidance for corrective breath work, rehab/prehab, fitness per trimester, nutrition, as well as exercise and mindset modifications for your changing body with your specific birth, symptoms, and goals in mind.

Together, we’ll get a baseline of how you’re feeling physically, mentally and emotionally. We’ll set goals with your schedule, birth, symptoms, and support structure in mind. From there, we’ll meet in person to work the plan. I’ll provide a custom program tailored to your exact needs for your time both with me and away from me. We’ll master the basics together to get you breathing, moving and progressing regularly - then apply appropriate increases in both strength and intensity to have you feeling your strongest self in this new and ever changing season. This specialized 6 week series is perfect for new moms looking for guidance, community and support postpartum. Bring yourself and bring your little one - I’ll take care of the rest. Together we’ll walk through the foundations of breath, core and pelvic floor recovery, and progressive strength specific to your postpartum season.

This series is six weeks of two, in person 45 minute sessions per week, in a class of just 5 participants. Whether you are freshly postpartum or a year or two into motherhood and just finding the time to dip your toe back into fitness, this offering is for you.
